Quite relaxing and soothing, and well worth the price to try, or even if you are a person who can't take drinking Kava, this is a nice way to go. There's only 4 gummies, but if you understand the process to even make a gummy from Kava, you'll see this is a nice price. 5/5. Be prepared for a bit of bitterness!
